Info
In this section, configure where LinkedPhone should route your
incoming business calls. Each destination phone number is
referred to as a ‘user’. Let’s walk through an example. If you
would like to route calls to Matt’s cell phone and Matt’s home
phone, simply add two users: “Matt’s Cell Phone” and “Matt’s Home
Phone”. Once added to LinkedPhone, you can easily add users to
future call menu options with a tap. We recommend that you keep
user names simple and clear so that you can easily identify
exactly where you are being routed.
If you're
routing calls to an office IP phone, the ‘username’ will be
automatically populated for you.
Finally, you
may also set up a voicemail greeting and the list of voicemail
recipients when no one is available to pick up an incoming call.

Sub-Menu Options
A sub-menu provides an additional menu of options for your
caller. For example, when a caller presses '5' for Sales, she
may be presented with a greeting from the Sales Department along
with another call menu for that department.
Use 'No Input' to automatically
perform an action when a caller does not select an option from
your call menu. For example, 'No Input' can be used to
automatically send the caller to voicemail or to route the caller
to your receptionist or assistant.

Simultaneous Call Routing:
The default configuration, simultaneous call routing (also known
as "call blast"), forwards incoming business calls to multiple
phones at the same time. Phones ring until the call is picked up
or the caller is sent to voicemail. If everyone is on another
call, the caller is put on hold while smooth jazz plays in the
background.
Sequential Call Routing:
Phones ring one at a time in a specific order until someone
picks up.
Round Robin Call Routing:
Distributes incoming calls across team members so that the work
load is evenly shared.
